Haldex.Flash Tool – MQB Haldex, VAQ & MSS Tuning

Haldex.Flash gives you direct control over supported factory AWD and VAQ systems using our wireless mobile dongle and Haldex.Flash app for iOS and Android.

One dongle supports unlimited vehicles – simply purchase the required VIN licence for each vehicle through your Haldex.Flash account.

MQB Haldex Tuning

Compatible with supported VW, Audi, SEAT and Škoda MQB 4Motion/Quattro vehicles from 2014–2020 fitted with the 0CQ 907 554 (X) Haldex controller, including RS models.

Plug & Play Tune + Custom Live Tuning

Create your own Haldex calibration using the factory Haldex controller – no aftermarket controller required.

Custom Live Tuning allows you to adjust Haldex pump duty from 0–100% against throttle position and vehicle speed, with changes applied live while the engine is running.

You can instantly switch between our proven Tuned calibration and your own Custom calibration.

Please note: Pump duty is not the same as front/rear torque split. Actual torque distribution depends on vehicle output, available traction and clutch capacity.

Switchable 2WD Mode

Supported MQB vehicles can also use our switchable 2WD/FWD mode, allowing the rear drivetrain to be disengaged when required using a drive mode of your choosing– ideal for front-wheel-drive burnouts and back road fun!

VAQ Tuning

Haldex.Flash also supports the VAQ electronically controlled front differential fitted to selected MQB front-wheel-drive performance vehicles.

Our VAQ software allows custom calibration on the fly allowing a more aggressive locking strategy and improved power delivery to the wheels, helping improve corner-exit traction and reduce unwanted inside-wheel spin.

Everything operates through the original factory VAQ controller and differential – no aftermarket differential controller or hardware is required.

Users can custom calibrate their own tuning table using engine torque and steering angle inputs, everything is fully adjustable and logged in real time.

MSS – Audi R8 / Lamborghini Huracán

Haldex.Flash also supports the MSS front coupling system fitted to:

• Audi R8 Gen 2 (2016–2024)
• Lamborghini Huracán AWD variants (2014–2024)

Our MSS tuning allows supported vehicles to operate in Rear-Wheel Drive mode using the factory AWD hardware on a drive mode of your choosing. We have seen great results at the track using RWD mode.
