Since the inception of the Gen 3 EA888 Engine in 2014 we have been a huge fan of tuning and developing this platform, from stage 1 setups to big turbos and everything in between, we have you covered.

Custom Tuning

Using advanced data logging methods and factory tuning practices we are able to get the very best from your setup. 

 

We strive to ensure every car is running at optimal performance before, during and after tuning using our 4WD Rolling road.

 

 

STAGE  1

Stage 1 requires no modifications to the vehicle and is the best jump in power for the least amount of money, We keep in mind all factory tolerances to ensure optimal safety and reliability.

STAGE  2

Stage 2 is the next progression in the hunt for more power, focusing more on airflow and cooling to get the optimal performance from the stock turbo.

 

Our stage 2’s require a sports/decat downpipe, Intake and intercooler.

STAGE  3

Stage 3 gets a bit more serious, in addition to the modifications made at stage 2 we add an upgraded turbo unit. We work with Fastline turbos for their amazing turbos that flow extremely well and are super reliable. These turbos are available in a few configurations with outputs from 430hp to 550hp. Our most commonly fitted turbo is the Fastline FL530 which when run at a modest 1.9 Bar will produce a solid 500hp without the need of any fuelling upgrades, this is what we consider the safe limit of the bottom end before much more extensive modifications need to be carried out.

TCU TUNING

If your vehicle is equipped with a DSG gearbox it is vital that we tune it to accompany the extra power and torque from the engine. Our renowned gearbox software allows us to raise the clamping pressures on the clutch packs, ensuring no slipping can wear the clutches prematurely, many tuners overlook this resulting in failures down the line.

 

Not only will your box now be safe for extra power but it will operate much faster, we optimise shift points and times along with torque limiters and other settings to further enhance the entire shift process. We also add some cool features like true manual mode with kickdown delete and revised launch control for quicker launches! (Selected models only)
