V3.62 GEN 3 SUPERCHARGER KIT
Developed in house by K.C. Design Concepts and released in 2021, the V3.62 kit uses the small body Mercedes Eaton M62 Supercharger and is a compact option for the BMW M50, M52, M54, S50, S52, S54 engines.
The V3.62 Supercharger Kit is ideal for a daily street car that may see occasional track use. Currently available in its 3rd generation, and utilizes the factory belt drive, which allows you to preserve all the original stock belt driven engine accessories as the alternator, power steering, air conditioner, all in their original position.

NOTES:
- On BMW M52 and M50 engines this kit will work with the stock engine manifold.
- On the M54 engine, you are suggested to use the M52 or M50 engine manifold and an manifold port adapter which is also sold by us or modify the bottom mounting hole of the bracket as shown in the installation guide to avoid the M54 manifold being in the way of the Supercharger.*
- On the S5x series of engines as the S50 and S54 found in the M3’s, the V3.62 kit may not be the optimal option and require a custom air collector plenum as the SR1 Manifold.*
- On the E46 and E38 and E39 you will be required to relocate your radiator reservoir or use a E36 or aftermarket radiator for space issues if using our Hyde Motor Works overdrive pulley.*
- The 60mm Pulley is not included and is sold separately here
- The Supercharger is not included in the kit unless ordered separately from us, you are advised to use the given part number for the supercharger and order the supercharger locally.
- Stock M62 pulley will limit the boost to 5PSI with an air to air intercooler, For 8+ PSI you will have to rebuild the M62 Supercharger with new bearings and use any available Hyde Motor Works overdrive pulley made for the M62 Supercharger. The stock engine should not be pushed beyond 10PSI.*
To complete the installation on any of the setups, you will also require the following additional parts:
- Eaton M62 Supercharger with recommended accessories (check the technical specifications for part numbers)
- an Intercooler Kit with silicone pipes and hose clamps (can be sold separately)
- vacuum hose with check valve
- CCV Delete or relocate
- a boost gauge
- a recirculating by pass valve
- proper tune.
For maximum boost, you will need to use our HMW 60mm M62 Supercharger Pulley, sold separately.
For M5x tuning, we suggest the Ostrich II Piggyback for the OBD I (M50 – pre 1995). As for the OBD II (M52/M54 – post 1995) we suggest our in house developed software available hereÂ
